3. No Substitute for Emergency Services

Rescue Reach is not a replacement for official emergency services. In any life-threatening situation, you must first contact your local emergency services (e.g. 10111, 112, 999, or 911 depending on your location). Z-Core Technologies accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from reliance on the App as a primary emergency response tool.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate emergency contact information within the App
• You must obtain consent from all individuals you add as emergency contacts
• You must not use the App to send false, misleading, or malicious alerts
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Rescue Reach to: transmit false emergency alerts; harass or harm other users; attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or infringe on the rights of any third party.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Network conditions, device limitations, and other factors outside our control may affect performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z-Core Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
